Overall it was good-sized with comfortable bed.

Genuinely helpful and extremely helpful hotel staff who did the check-out, everything was very good. The property has beautifully presented rooms with the fridge and nice comfortable beds and tea. The breakfasts are hot with plenty of options.

Views are shocking.

The breakfast was hot and free with great waffles, fluffy fresh baked croissants and also baked beans, had everything you could want. My room included coffee and a lounge area...

The stay was such great! Staff and rooms were in general very good. I thoroughly enjoyed welcoming staff and nice interior. The location was magnificent, overlooking city. I was surprised at nearby Costa Coffee, they had some goodies, drinks.

Good and absolutely perfect location for visiting restaurants and a stadium. Nearby Westway Bar & Kitchen - great place to chill out.

Beautiful breakfast experience

The breakfast was really good, lots of options and quick. Room was clean and super comfy bed. The location is perfect, only minutes to the station. Parking was only £20, a good price. The staff were friendly and nice too, overall great stay!

The shower was a standout feature, offering both a monsoon and standard option, and had excellent water pressure. Staff were friendly, particularly in the way they assisted with any needs. The room's mini fridge was a convenient addition for storing beverages. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and while the gym facilities were modern, it could use more variety in equipment. The location was ideal for tube access to central attractions.

We had a lovely 3-night stay and enjoyed the comfy beds and the awesome breakfast selection. Besides the breakfast, we also loved relaxing in the lounge and using the fitness center to unwind. The only hiccup was the lift situation since it was a bit limited, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

The room was amazin, bed was super king size n really comfy. The tv was huge for a hotel room which was great for chillin. Bathroom had a fantastic shower, proper clean n well laid out. Breakfast was well catered with a decent variety n staff were really efficient at keepin it clean. Loved the location too, easy access to the tube.

Check in was kinda slow since there was only one person at the desk when I arrived. The window faced a brick wall which was a bit odd.

Couples seeking a clean stay

The room was clean, cosy, and nice! I really appreciated the good breakfast-lots of choices, and you could have fun making your own giant waffles, but no black pudding which was fine, it's London after all!

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still fair for what you get.

I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant decor and spacious lounges. The staff were attentive, providing assistance with any questions, made navigating the hotel's amenities easy for me as a senior traveler.

More seating in the breakfast area would be helpful.
